Payments already made are non-refundable, and service will continue through the paid period.
One-Time or Project-Based Services
Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of work.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a 25% cancellation fee.
Once work has begun, one-time projects are non-cancellable.
Changes to Services
Requests to change the scope of services should be made in writing.
Additional work outside the agreed scope may require an updated quote or Client Service Agreement.

Services may be paused if payment remains outstanding.
One-Time & Project Work
A deposit or advance payment may be required before work begins.
Catch-up, cleanup, or other project-based work may require partial or full payment in advance, depending on the scope.
