Summary
Zsuzsanna’s Bookkeeping & Beyond is committed to providing accurate, timely, and professional service. To ensure clarity and fairness, the following policies apply:
Client-Initiated Cancellations
Monthly Bookkeeping Services
You may cancel services at any time with at least 14 days' written notice before the next billing cycle.
Payments already made are non-refundable, and service will continue through the paid period.
One-Time or Project-Based Services
Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of work.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a 25% cancellation fee.
Provider-Initiated Cancellations
Zsuzsanna’s Bookkeeping & Beyond reserves the right to pause or cancel services at any time if:
There is consistent non-payment or late payment
There is a lack of communication or required documents to perform services
The working relationship becomes unprofessional or misaligned with business values
In such cases, written notice will be provided, and any work completed up to that point will be delivered.
Late Payments
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A late fee of $25 or 5% of the outstanding balance (whichever is greater) will apply to payments more than 7 days overdue.
Continued non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
Rate Changes
Pricing is subject to change with at least 30 days' written notice.
Clients on monthly plans will be notified in advance, and may cancel before the next billing cycle if they do not agree to the updated rate.
Cancellation or Communication
All cancellations and changes must be submitted in writing via email to: zsuzsanna@zsuzsannabookkeeping.com
By engaging in services, the client agrees to the terms outlined above. Zsuzsanna Enterprises LLC may update these policies with reasonable notice.
