A bookkeeper handles the day-to-day tracking of income, expenses, and financial records to keep your books organized and up-to-date. An accountant typically uses those records to file taxes, offer financial advice, or do high-level analysis.
I provide day-to-day bookkeeping support including income and expense tracking, bank reconciliation, invoicing, bill payments, project tracking, payroll record support, and monthly financial reports using QuickBooks Online.
While QuickBooks Online is my specialty, I can also support clients who use Google Sheets or similar tools. I'm happy to discuss what works best for your setup.
I primarily work with small businesses, independent contractors, tradespeople, cleaners, home service businesses, and other service-based professionals..
If we decide to work together, here are some of the informations I will need from you:
Current bookkeeping software (if any)
Number of bank/credit card accounts
Number of employees (if applicable)

Pricing varies based on the size and complexity of your business. I offer transparent flat-rate packages tailored to your needs. You can view starting prices on the Services page.
The Starter Package is designed to give new and very small businesses affordable bookkeeping support while they get established. After six months, we'll review your transaction volume, bookkeeping complexity and overall support needs.
Growing beyond the Starter Package does not automatically mean moving to the $250/month Solo Business Package. If your business is still small and your bookkeeping needs remain simple, we'll discuss an appropriate next-step rate based on your individual situation.
An occasional higher-volume month doesn't necessarily mean you need to change packages. If additional bookkeeping time is required, a small additional fee may apply. If your transaction volume consistently exceeds the Starter Package limit, we'll review your bookkeeping needs and discuss the best ongoing option with you before making any changes.

Yes, I can help with current-year catch-up work and organizing books that have fallen behind during the current year. For older historical cleanup projects, I may refer you to another bookkeeping professional who specializes in extensive catch-up work.
